Many of us in our Human Resources role maintain some level of responsibility for employee safety whether it is training, regulatory compliance or employee security. How well do you do that? There are very few fair, objective and inexpensive ways to evaluate your organization’s commitment to safety and safe work practices.

Now this is where it turns into an infomercial. I have just that solution for you. It is a simple 20 question YES or NO evaluation that will allow you to gauge your organizations safety fitness. This evaluation was provided to me by someone who actually works for O.S.H.A. and he uses it as a tool to help businesses evaluate themselves.
